   You are right to place a picture of a US flag as the symbol of remembrance. But we should all keep in mind a footnote: the attack wasn’t only against Americans but every one of us who doesn’t embrace the agenda of the Islamists.

   I was in Australia right after the Bali attacks and I told an audience there that those vaporized in the bombings hadn’t been killed because they were “pro-Israel” or “pro-American”, but because they were — in the words of Australia’s anthem — “young and free”. It’s that freedom that’s under attack, everywhere.
