It is hard to balance the interests of Gilad with at the same time not pressuring the state of Israel to compromise with the demands of the terrorists. But he should be remembered in all the little places like this blog at least every few months if only that our thoughts and prayers can go out to him. In the last video of Gilad he still maintained a twinkle in his eye that says to me he is intelligent and understands that we all placed to serve the interests of Israel in our own ways, and that he understands that he has not been abandoned. We cherish the hope of a rescue.
